His trauma level changed from trauma level one to trauma level two today (out of four possible levels, with one being the worst). They moved him into his own room, and now he has a nice setup for either playing Nintendo Switch (specifically Breath of the Wild) or watching sports.
Thank you so much to the following people for your food donations to the hospital: Stevie Chamberlain, Shelby Thomas, The Gray family, Anna Carr, Carol Johnson, and Katy Hufman!
And thank you to the following that are bringing in future donations: Molly Terrell, Oliver’s Ice Box (Allison & Josh Dumas), Jerry Alexander, Beth Moore, Peter McNamara, and Kylie Denk!
You all have been such a great help and a shining light for the hospital staff! Just today one of the guards said, “I’ve been working here 13 years, and I’ve never seen a family bring so many snacks in support of the staff.”
If you’re interested in bringing anything in, be sure to check out the Hospital Food Donations for Vanderbilt post to properly coordinate with the family.
